GiftRocker allows shopkeepers to create and manage custom loyalty programs in the form of gift certificates, coupons, promotions and buy-one-get-one offerings. The shopkeeper has control over every aspect of the program as well as systematic reporting of conversion rates and outstanding commitments.
After registering with GiftRocker, offerings are created on this site. Once created, offerings are given or sold to customers using email or the GiftRocker iPhone app. If an offering is designated as “shareable”, customers are allowed to pass along to friends in the same manner.
Each offering and resulting certificate are represented as unique barcodes. Transferring is as simple as taking a picture of the barcode using the “scan to accept” button!
